ROANOKE COUNTY, Va. - Every other month, the Roanoke Valley Chamber of Commerce recognizes the work of one of Roanoke County’s police officers. At the Chamber's April meeting, Roanoke County Officer E. Orange was recognized by the Chamber for his outstanding work on behalf of Special Olympics. In June, the Chamber recognized Roanoke County Officer B. Newton Officer Newton for his outstanding work to combat the manufacture of illegal drugs.
