NEW PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE DATE:
The NON-Mandatory pre-proposal conference has been rescheduled for 1:00 PM on
Monday April 5, 2021 in the 3rd Floor Training Center at the Roanoke County
Administration Building 5204 Bernard Drive, Roanoke, VA 24018.

This Room is Located on the 3rd floor and is to your immediate left once you exit the
elevator.

This meeting will be on site only due to our limited ability to have phone or video set up.
We will request that all questions be submitted in writing once the conference is over so
that official answers can be posted via Addendum for all potential offerors.

NEW DUE DATE:
Sealed proposals will now be received on or before 2:00 P.M., April 21, 2021 for RFP #
2021-063. The time of receipt shall be determined by the time clock stamp in the
Purchasing office. There will be no exceptions allowed for late responses.
