MANDATORY PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE DATE:
A mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Monday May 16, 2022 in the Community Room at the Catawba Center located at 4965 Catawba Creek Rd Catawba, VA 24070 .

This meeting will be on site only due to our limited ability and the potential complex nature of the site/needs.
We will request that all questions be submitted in writing once the conference is over so
that official answers can be posted via Addendum for all potential offerors.
