The County of Roanoke, Virginia is seeking proposals from qualified Vendors to provide the Construction of the Plantation Road, Bicycle, Pedestrian, and Streetscape Improvements Phase 2 Project (VDOT UPC #111366 and County of Roanoke IFB #2020-082).
This project has Federal Grant funding. That means there is extra forms to be completed.
There will be a Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference held at 10:00 AM local time on January 27, 2021 using Microsoft Teams. Link is on Teams Link Information attachment. It is highly recommended that you attend the Virtual Meeting. VDOT will be present to answer all questions related to forms in the Bid Document.
