The County of Roanoke is seeking unsealed solicitation for a qualified Bidder to provide remediation and repairs to the roof at the Laurel Mountain Police Training Center. The County of Roanoke invites any qualified Bidder to respond to this RFQ by submitting a response for such work, service, and/or items consistent with the terms and conditions.

There is a non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference scheduled for 2:00 p.m., on February 21, 2017, at the Laurel Mountain Police Training Center located at 6231 Twine Hollow Road, Salem, Virginia 24153. It is recommended that Bidders attend such conference.
