The County of Roanoke, Virginia, on behalf of Roanoke County Public Schools (RCPS), is requesting sealed bids for an annual contract for diesel fuel for the Transportation Department.  RCPS reserves the option to purchase fuel futures in a method to minimize price risk by purchasing fuel futures over time to budget funds.
