Plantation Road Bicycle, Pedestrian and Streetscape Improvement Project Update

Plantation Road Project

Construction Activities

Below are several construction activities that have been completed or are underway:

Old utility poles have been removed;

Water line installation including crossing Plantation Road to Lila Drive (lane closures between 6 p.m. and 6 a.m. on September 20 and 21);

Sewer line installation;

Curb and gutter installation; and

Storm drain installation.

Plantation Road Project

Upcoming activities include:

Retaining wall work;

Grading for additional curb and gutter and the shared use path.

Unless otherwise noted, construction is taking place between 9 a.m. and 10 p.m. with lane closures in place during non-peak hours.
