Frequently Requested Voter Information (PDF):
Upcoming Elections:
- Roanoke County's next election will be held on November 7, 2023. After November 7th, our prospective election dates for 2024 include March 5, June 18, and November 5. Information on upcoming elections will be posted as it becomes available.
- Please note: Due to changes in results reporting requirements enacted by the General Assembly during the 2022 legislative session, each of the 33 voting precincts in Roanoke County will now have its own dedicated ballot featuring your precinct's name and number in the top, right-hand corner. If a precinct will have more than one party primary in June, or if a precinct is split between two districts, it will have at least two sample ballots. For this reason, and to ensure that voters view the correct ballot(s) for their precinct, all samples will be posted in VoterView.
