Maintenance of Land Records
- Transfer ownership of property from Deeds, Wills and Court Orders.
- Plats are worked to split and create new parcels.
Deeds, wills, court orders, and all other documents are recorded at the Roanoke County Courthouse through the Circuit Court Clerks Office.
