Any domesticated, feral, exotic, or livestock animal that is running loose and is not in the custody of the owner or the person reporting the incident.
Any dog that causes any sound or noise that is plainly audible at least once a minute for ten (10) consecutive minutes.
Example: The dog must be making an audible noise that can be heard outside the confines of the dwelling or beyond 50 feet of the animal. The citizen should have some form of evidence or proof (i.e., audible or video documentation or a corroborating witness).
An unknown person steals and uses a credit card or debit card for fraudulent purposes. This offense does not apply to the theft of a credit/debit card but rather the fraudulent use by an unknown person.
Examples: Use of a stolen credit card or ATM card to make unauthorized purchases by an unknown person.
Use of another person's personal data (social security number, date of birth, name) and/or personal identifiers to fraudulently obtain services, credit cards, lines of credit, etc.
Example: Citizen is notified that a new bank account has been opened, new telephone service has been started, notice of an unknown bill that is due that alerts citizen to possible ID theft.
The theft of any part or accessory affixed to the interior or exterior of a motor vehicle in a manner which would make the item an attachment of the vehicle, or necessary for its operation.
Example: Theft of license plates, motors, transmissions, radios, heaters, hubcaps and wheel covers, manufacturers' emblems, radio antennas, side-view mirrors, gasoline, CD Player, CB radios, radar detectors, etc.
If an unknown person has dumped rubbish, waste material, refuse, garbage, trash, debris, or other foreign substances onto your property, you can report the littering online. (Note: The property owner is responsible for the removal of the material and any associated costs.)
Example: You have received a phone call, email, or text asking you to provide personal information and/or send payment, purchase gift cards, or provide a credit card payment to avoid arrest or other penalties. A scammer has asked you to install applications on your computer to give them remote access to your computer.
The theft, (by someone other than an employee of the victim) of goods or merchandise exposed for sale by an unknown person. This report is for business use to file shoplifting reports. The value of the stolen property is under $1,000.00.
An unknown person or persons have damaged your property.
Example: Someone threw a rock through a window of your home or vehicle, and nothing was stolen (property damage only), your mailbox was knocked over, etc.
